PandaCodeGen / Small business website design
Small business website design. Built with the founders.
Website design for small businesses that want a site they can edit, at a price agreed before work starts. Choose WordPress or a custom Next.js site with a Sanity editor. Custom builds start at $1,500; WordPress is quoted to scope. You work directly with Hassan and Imran.

01 / See the work
Websites for real businesses.
Two client sites we built, each around the way the business actually works.

Project / Ladies 4 Jesus
A community publishing site moved from WordPress to a custom website, with a Sanity editor the owner uses for devotionals and stories.
Independent client.

Project / Emblematic Studio
A product catalogue website where customers browse and request quotes instead of checking out.
Independent client.
02 / Review your site
What does your website need to do?
Most small business websites have a few jobs: explain what you do, show proof and make it easy to call, book or enquire. We plan those first, then the pages.
Pages
Home, services, about, contact and any page people need before they buy. We agree the list and who writes the words.
Enquiries
Forms, calls, bookings or quote requests, tested from the website to your inbox before launch.
Editing
The text, images and business details you will change yourself, shown in a live walkthrough at handover.
Running costs
Hosting, domain and any paid tools listed before you sign, so you know the monthly bill.
What the proposal resolves
What a small business website includes.
The written quote lists the pages, features and handover for your site. These are the published starting points for custom builds.
Starter, from $1,500
Up to 7 pages, with a content editor for your words, images and business details. Set up, documented, and we train you on it.
Growth, from $3,500
8 to 20 pages, a content model built around your own collections, full migration with redirect map.
Scale, from $5,000
More than 20 pages, a large catalogue, subscriptions or custom commerce logic, or more than one language. A small store is not automatically this tier: a simple catalogue of a few products starts at Starter.
WordPress
WordPress builds are quoted to their own scope, with the theme, plugins, hosting and who handles updates named in the quote.
Support after launch
Starter: 15 calendar days from launch; upgrades: 30. Bugs in delivered work stay covered afterward; new features quoted separately.
03 / Make the right call
Choose the build that fits.
We recommend the scope that addresses the evidence from your site and team, then put the work and boundaries in writing.
A familiar way to publish
Choose WordPress when its themes, plugins and editor fit the site you need and the upkeep you can manage.
A site built around your business
A Next.js website with a Sanity editor, from $1,500. We explain the difference and the running costs before you choose.
04 / From call to handover
Build, test
and hand over.
Each stage creates something you can review. Your proposal names the deliverables and the point where you accept them.
Talk to the founders
Tell Hassan or Imran about the business, the pages you need and what you want to edit. You do not need a technical brief.
Agree the site and price
Confirm pages, content, editing, forms and running costs in a written quote. The price is fixed once the scope is agreed.
Review a private preview
See the pages on a private link, try the editing tasks and give feedback before launch.
Launch with a walkthrough
Check the agreed pages and forms, then get access, written instructions and a live demo of your editing tasks.
05 / Published starting point
From $1,500
Starting point, not an instant quote.

What do you keep after the project?
You receive the files we create for your project, written instructions and control of the production accounts. Your proposal sets out the delivery and any third-party terms.
Your project handover
You receive the project code and design files we create for you, plus documentation and control of the production accounts. If you then take a monthly support or care plan, that doesn't change: we keep sharing the code, documentation and accounts with you, so you always have your own copy. Third-party themes, plugins, services and assets remain under their own licence terms.
Your project assets
- Code and design files
The project code and design files we create for you.
- Written instructions
Instructions handed over with the project files. If you take a care plan later, we keep sharing the documentation with you.
- Training on your editor
An editing walkthrough at handover, so your team can update the site. Every build that uses Sanity includes training on Sanity Studio and written documentation for it. On Starter, the content editor is set up, documented, and we train you on it.
- Your accounts
Control of the production accounts. Hosting moves to your own account on request or when an engagement ends.
- No required care plan
Your build keeps working without a PandaCodeGen care plan. Hosting and other provider services still need their own arrangements.
Your written proposal states the details for your project, including any third-party licences.
