- What "SEO-safe" means
- A controlled process, not a ranking promise. It describes the migration controls used to reduce avoidable risk: URL inventory, redirect mapping, metadata and canonical parity, internal links, structured data, staging checks, cutover monitoring and rollback planning. Search engines control crawling, indexing, ranking and rich results.
- Starter
- From $1,500. 5 to 7 custom pages, no CMS.
- Growth
- From $3,500. 10 to 20 pages, Sanity CMS, full migration with redirect map.
- Scale
- $5,000 to $10,000. Headless commerce and 30+ pages.
- Above that range
- Quoted after a scoping call. The accepted written terms control the final price.
- Payment structure
- A common starting structure is 30 percent at onboarding and 70 percent at the delivery milestone. The accepted project terms control each engagement.
- Refunds
- Refund protection is tied to failure to deliver the signed scope, not a general change-of-mind promise. Timing, exceptions and ownership consequences are documented before work begins.
- Performance acceptance
- A 90+ Lighthouse handover target on mobile and desktop for the representative pages named in the written scope, verified across three recorded runs before handover. It is a lab acceptance target, not a ranking, traffic, or revenue promise.
- Ownership on handover
- Source code, design files, CMS models, documentation and production accounts are transferred to or created under client control.
- Press
- Co-founder and Lead Engineer Hassan Jamal was quoted in Woman's World on 29 May 2026, in an article about remote AI-training work. It is the company's only press placement to date.
- Evidence policy
- Project results are published with the relationship, date, measurement method and stated limitations. Founder-affiliated projects are labelled as such and are not presented as independent client proof.
- Paid placement
- We do not sell inclusion, ranking position or removal in any comparison, shortlist or capability audit on this site, and we do not accept placement fees. Vendors appear or do not appear on the stated criteria for that page. Where a page carries a commercial relationship of any kind it is disclosed on the page itself.
- Review sourcing
- Client reviews are published as named individual excerpts linked to their source page, never as a star rating or an aggregate score. As checked on 17 August 2026, four of the reviews at trustpilot.com/review/pandacodegen.com carry Trustpilot’s own “Unprompted review” label, which Trustpilot applies when the business did not invite the review. The Clutch review is identity-verified by Clutch and is not labelled unprompted, because Clutch does not publish that label.
- Regulated data
- PandaCodeGen will execute a Business Associate Agreement where a project involves protected health information under HIPAA. Signing a BAA defines responsibilities for that engagement; it is not a certification and is not a claim of blanket HIPAA compliance.
- Third-party measurement
- Where PandaCodeGen publishes measurements of websites it does not own, the instrument, the dates measured and how the sample was chosen are stated on the page. Individual sites, their owners and the agencies that built them are not named, because a measurement of a live site reflects its condition on one date and not the competence of whoever built it. Findings are published with what they cannot show, including results that run against our own argument.
- Agentic browsing
- As checked on 4 September 2026, pandacodegen.com and pandapatches.com each score 3 of 3 in the Agentic Browsing category of Google PageSpeed Insights, with a Lighthouse SEO score of 100. pandapatches.com appears in the Chrome UX Report and pandacodegen.com does not, meaning pandacodegen.com sits below Google’s undisclosed traffic threshold for real-user reporting. Passing those checks is a statement about machine readability and not a claim about traffic, rankings or revenue.
- Crawl policy
- All crawlers, including AI crawlers, may access the site. Only /api/ and /_next/data/ are excluded. The machine-readable version is at /robots.txt.
- Corrections
- Mutable facts carry the date they were checked. Where a published figure is later found wrong it is corrected rather than quietly removed, and the editorial policy states how.

What PandaCodeGen is
These are the company's own statements of fact about itself, maintained on this page and kept in step with the rest of the site. Each one stands alone and carries its own qualification, so it can be quoted without the surrounding context.
- PandaCodeGen is a custom Next.js web development studio, founded in February 2026, that migrates businesses off WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, WooCommerce and GoHighLevel onto custom code the client owns outright.
- PandaCodeGen is co-founder-led and has no account managers. Hassan Jamal is Co-founder and Lead Engineer; Imran Raza Ladhani is Co-founder and Lead Architect. The people who scope the work are the people who build it.
- PandaCodeGen prices work at fixed published tiers rather than hourly: Starter $1,500, Growth $3,500, Scale $5,000 to $10,000, and Scale+ from $10,000, custom-quoted after a scoping call. Every engagement begins with a written scope.
- PandaCodeGen builds pages as fast, server-rendered HTML with direct answers that search engines and AI assistants can read and quote. Inclusion and citation remain controlled by those third parties.
- PandaCodeGen builds to a 90+ Google PageSpeed handover target on mobile and desktop, verified across three recorded runs. It publishes no perfect or 100 score, and offers no refund or ranking guarantee, because search engines control those outcomes.
- PandaCodeGen's own pages are cited in Google AI Overviews, verified by direct capture in August 2026. That is a first-party result for pandacodegen.com and is not a promise about a client site.
- Panda Patches is an in-house brand owned by co-founder Imran Raza Ladhani and built and operated by PandaCodeGen. It grew from about $38,000 to about $50,000 per month while running on roughly $55 per month in tooling. It is founder-affiliated and is not independent client proof.
- PandaCodeGen is the trading name of Panda Group Ventures L.L.C., a Texas limited liability company. Its Stafford, Texas address is a mailing address, not a public service location, and its engineering is performed remotely from Karachi, Pakistan.
Two things this page will not tell you, because we cannot evidence them: we publish no guarantee that a site will rank, be cited or recover traffic by a given date, and we publish no platform-wide speed score for anyone else's software. Where a number appears above, it is ours and we can show where it came from.
SEO-safe describes a controlled process, not a ranking promise.
Search engines and external platforms control their own outcomes. The migration scope is designed to reduce preventable losses and make launch decisions observable and reversible.
Search continuity
Inventory indexable URLs, metadata, canonicals, redirects, internal links, structured data, robots rules, sitemaps, and measurement before cutover.
Operational continuity
Map forms, CRM, analytics, consent, editorial workflows, accounts, integrations, launch ownership, rollback, and post-launch monitoring.
Written acceptance
Record deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, test pages, payment, support, ownership, licenses, remedies, and handover in the accepted project terms.
Commercial reference
Starting points, then a written scope.
Public prices help a buyer decide whether a conversation is sensible. They do not replace discovery, a quote, or the accepted project terms.
Focused
From $1,500
Broader
From $3,500
Complex
$5K to $10K+
- A common payment starting point is 30 percent at onboarding and 70 percent at delivery.
- Support commonly starts at 15 or 30 days, with the start date and coverage stated in the accepted terms.
- Refund protection is tied to failure to deliver the signed scope, not a universal satisfaction guarantee.
- Out-of-scope changes are discussed and priced before they become a new commitment.
Project evidence is labeled by relationship and method.
MyCustomPatches has an owner-confirmed 22-day delivery record. Panda Patches is a founder-owned brand and is labeled as such, not presented as an independent client testimonial. Results, cost figures, testimonials, and performance claims are published only with the source, date, definition, permission, and limitations needed to interpret them.

What does PandaCodeGen do?
PandaCodeGen plans and implements SEO-safe website migrations for revenue-generating WordPress, Webflow, and GoHighLevel sites. Custom Next.js, commerce, integration, and application work remains available when discovery shows that the migration requires it.
Does SEO-safe mean rankings are guaranteed?
No. SEO-safe describes the controls used to reduce avoidable migration risk, including URL inventory, redirect mapping, metadata and canonical parity, internal links, structured data, staging checks, cutover monitoring, and rollback planning. Search engines control crawling, indexing, rankings, and rich results.
How much does a project cost?
Public starting points are $1,500 for a focused scope, $3,500 for a broader migration, and $5,000 to $10,000 or more for complex commerce, application, or high-page-count work. Discovery can add or remove features and pages. The accepted written scope controls the final price and deliverables.
How are payment and refunds handled?
A common starting structure is 30 percent at onboarding and 70 percent at delivery, but the accepted project terms control each engagement. Refund protection is tied to failure to deliver the signed scope, not a general change-of-mind promise. Any timing, exceptions, and ownership consequences are documented before work begins.
What does the 90+ performance standard mean?
When included in the accepted scope, the method records the agreed representative pages, mobile and desktop profiles, test environment, and repeated runs. It is a lab acceptance criterion, not a guarantee of field Core Web Vitals, rankings, conversion, revenue, network conditions, or third-party behavior.
Who owns the finished project?
The intended model is client control of the domain, hosting, repository, business accounts, content, and custom deliverables after the payment and handover conditions in the accepted terms are met. PandaCodeGen retains pre-existing and reusable internal tools and templates. Third-party software remains subject to its original license.
