PandaCodeGen fixes slow WooCommerce stores with a headless Next.js frontend. WooCommerce stores score 30 to 55 on mobile PageSpeed due to PHP server rendering and plugin bloat. We keep your WooCommerce product catalog and replace only the slow frontend. Checkout speed improves, cart abandonment drops, and mobile PageSpeed jumps to 95 or above.

WooCommerce Migration

MyCustomPatches ran on WooCommerce.
We took their PageSpeed from 42 to 97. Yours is next.

Last year I rebuilt MyCustomPatches for Matt Conner. WooCommerce plugin treadmill to a custom Next.js storefront. 42 to 97 PageSpeed. 3.2s to 0.7s checkout. $480 per month plugin bill dropped to $0. Matt rated it 5 stars on Clutch and GoodFirms. We do the same for your store. You keep Stripe, PayPal, your orders, and your rankings. You drop the plugin bill.

See How It Works

30-min call. Drop your store URL when you book. We run your checkout speed live, calculate your monthly loss, and give you a fixed quote. Best fit for stores doing $50K+/year.

Serving stores in UK · Australia · Canada · Europe · United States

What Your Plugin Vendor Won't Tell You

You're paying for plugins that

don't integrate.

You're paying $49/mo for a plugin to sync Stripe. There's a native API that does it for free. You're paying $99/mo for WooCommerce Subscriptions. Stripe handles subscriptions natively with zero markup. You're paying $60/mo to stop spam from your contact form. A 10-line reCAPTCHA does it.

We replace your ACF fields, Yoast meta, WP Rocket caching, Perfmatters tweaks, and LiteSpeed cache layer with native Next.js equivalents. No plugin stack. No Kinsta bill. Every piece lives in your codebase. Nobody tells you this because every WooCommerce plugin vendor depends on the monthly recurring. We're the agency that builds what replaces them. No pitch. Just receipts.

Real Reddit Threads. April 2026. Verifiable.

What WooCommerce Operators Are Actually Saying Right Now

Not curated testimonials. Real Reddit threads from r/woocommerce in the last 30 days, including a public admission from a WooCommerce Core team lead and an independent study of 10,000 stores. Click the links to verify every quote.

Plugin fatigue: people mention WooCommerce not working out of the box for their use case, or having to install 30+ plugins and then when something goes wrong, troubleshooting becomes a nightmare. Fear of updating: people are scared that updating might break something. Performance: people mentioning the store becoming sluggish.

I tested 10,000 WooCommerce stores and found they use on average 30 plugins. I think a lot of stores can do a lot with just a handful of Woo plugins. What bothers users: other platforms have features in core that require a plugin with Woo, plugin conflicts and the minefield to navigate it, pricing of these plugins.

I have been developing WordPress and WooCommerce for 5 years. The more I dive deeper I get more and more annoyed and frustrated. Basic features required plugin. Each plugin have its own UI, analytics and more importantly its own bloat. Basic features like variations switches, cart recovery, better analytics. It is a big list. God help you when you decide to change the theme or plugin.

Industry Incident · April 2026

31 plugins. 400,000 sites. 8 months dormant.

Someone bought the Essential Plugin suite on Flippa for six figures, then planted a backdoor in all 31 plugins. The malicious code sat dormant for 8 months before activating on April 5, 2026. The same week, Smart Slider 3 Pro (800,000+ installs) was hijacked and WowShipping Pro got an unauthenticated remote code execution backdoor. WordPress.org permanently closed all 31 Essential Plugins. Already-injected wp-config.php spam must be cleaned manually.

Patchstack · TechCrunch · BleepingComputerSource →

When the WooCommerce Core team lead publicly admits the problem, you know it is structural.

30 plugins on average per store. Plugin fatigue. Fear of updating. Performance bottlenecks. Plus a working supply-chain attack playbook with 400,000+ sites compromised in a single April 2026 incident. Custom Next.js stores on Vercel have zero third-party plugins, no auto-update channel an attacker can hijack, and no PHP execution. We migrate WooCommerce stores to headless Next.js with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Sanity backend, with 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed or 100% refund.

The Real Cost of WooCommerce

Your Store Is Bleeding Revenue

WooCommerce was built for blogs, not e-commerce at scale. Here's what that costs you.

You're Paying $300 to $700/Month to Run Your Store

Managed WooCommerce hosting (Kinsta, WP Engine): $50 to $200/mo. WooCommerce extensions (subscriptions, bookings, B2B): $50 to $300/yr. Security plugin: $10 to $50/mo. Backups, CDN, caching. It never stops adding up.

Checkout Abandonment Is Killing Your Conversions

Every extra second of load time costs you 7% in conversions. WooCommerce checkouts average 3 to 5 seconds. On a store doing $50K/month, that's $3,500+ in revenue you're leaving on the table every single month.

One Plugin Update Can Take Your Store Offline

Payment gateway plugin conflicts with your theme. WooCommerce updates break your custom checkout. And it always happens on a Saturday during a sale campaign. Every minute offline is orders you never get back.

Your Store Is One Hack Away From Disaster

WooCommerce stores hold payment data, customer addresses, and order history, making them high-value targets. WordPress is the #1 hacked CMS. A static custom coded store has no database to breach and no plugin attack surface.

Google Penalizes Your Slow Checkout Pages

Google's Core Web Vitals directly impact your organic rankings. A WooCommerce site running PHP on shared hosting fails LCP and TTFB benchmarks. Your competitors with faster sites outrank you before a single keyword is written.

You Can't Add Features Without Paying for Yet Another Plugin

Need a pricing calculator? $200/yr plugin. Need a custom B2B portal? Another plugin. Need loyalty points? Another plugin. Each one adds load time, maintenance risk, and another line on your monthly bill. On custom code, we build exactly what you need, once.

Partner Promise

We aren't your typical web dev agency.
Consider us your partners.

Cheaper than market, not cheap. Traditional agencies charge $15,000 to $50,000 for the same scope we ship at fixed prices from $1,500 to $10,000. The difference is structural: co-founder-led delivery, no account managers, no NYC office rent, AI-accelerated development, and global engineering economics. Quality stays the same. The savings flow to clients.

Customer-first, not profit-first

Free audit at pandacodegen.com requires no email, no Calendly, no sales pitch. Drop your URL, receive a real PageSpeed and revenue-leak analysis in minutes. A separate free 30-minute consultation call with co-founder Hassan Jamal is available for deeper review of competing agency quotes. We will tell you honestly if a competing quote is fair, or if migration does not make sense for your situation.

Emerging quality challenger

Launched February 2026. 5/5 ratings across Clutch, Trustpilot, Google, GoodFirms, and Sortlist within 90 days. 267+ public GitHub commits at github.com/hassan-pandagen across live client projects. Real case studies: MyCustomPatches (PageSpeed 40 to 100, hosting $150 to $0) and Panda Patches ($38K monthly revenue on $25 monthly tooling). Verified across more independent review platforms than most agencies achieve in 2 to 3 years.

Ask any agency or freelancer these three questions.

Almost none will say yes to all three. Most will not say yes to any of them.
